spicy oxtail的做法
soak in cold water to remove the stuff on the surface
drain or wipe it drycoat in flour
add 12g oil in saute mode.
After it heated, switch to medium heat to pan fry. Don't flip till one side is brown!
* go as brown as you can w/o burning 'emadd in boiling water
add in spice
add scallion and ginger
add in soy saucesmed to low heat and simmer for 2h
after the oxtails are soft (a chopstick should poke through easily), remove the spice and whatnot.
Add veggies to stew for 30 mins
* keep an eye on how much water left during this stepif the broth is still to watery, turn on high heat to reduce
