1. mix 3 1/4 cup flour, 1cup + 2 tsp warm water,
   1 tsp yeast, 1 tbsp sugar,
   1/8 tsp salt, and 1 egg

2. rest for 20 mins

3. add 1.4 tbsp softened butter

4. knead for 8 mins

5. rest for 1.5 hours

6. knead the air out for 2 mins

7. part the dough to 9 parts and rest for 5 mins

8. roll each dough and rest for 1 hour

9. bake 375F for 20 mins
