Cream cheese brownie的做法
Cream cheese mixture: Beat 8oz cream cheese and 1/4 cup powered sugar (1/7 cup of granulated sugar = 2.3 tbsp). Then add 2 eggs one at a time, beat together until smooth. Add 1/2 tsp vanilla, then 2 tbsp flour.
brownie mixture: Melt chocolate (4oz or 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate & 12oz or 9/4 cup bittersweet chocolate) and butter in a sauce pan. Add 1 cup sugar, 1.5 tsp vanilla and 1.5 tsp coffee, stir to combine. Add 2-3 eggs. Allow to cool.
Dry ingredient for brownie mixture: whisk 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1 cup flour together.
Add dry ingredients to the sauce pan and mix up as the brownie mixture.
Lay aluminum foil in he brownie pan. Pour brownie mixture into a brownie pan and save 1 cup of the batter for the top. Pour the cream cheese mixture on top and smooth it out. Then use ice cream scoop to add the brownie batter as dollops. Use a skewer to go through the brownie road.
Bake in 350F for 25-30 mins
Allow to cool and then place in the fridge for 1-2 hrs or overnight. Cut up to squares or triangles.
