用料  

无盐黄油,常温 113g
奶油奶酪 113g
白砂糖 200g(1杯)
鸡蛋,常温 1个
香草 10ml
中筋粉 210g(1 3/4杯)
泡打粉 1/2茶匙
1/2茶匙

Cream Cheese Cookies的做法  

  1. 面粉、盐、泡打粉在容器中混合均匀

  2. 另一碗中将黄油和奶油奶酪搅拌均匀至顺滑。加入糖打发至蓬松、颜色变浅。再加入鸡蛋、香草精搅拌均匀,用刮刀沿着碗边沿至底部再次翻拌。

  3. 1&2混合,用刮刀翻拌均匀,切勿过度搅拌。容器盖上上盖子静置1小时

  4. 烤箱预热190度,将饼干面团分成28份左右,每份约2汤匙(1汤匙=15ml),面团可能会粘手,用水沾湿双手整型,如果中途手上黏连的面糊越来越多,洗手后再继续。每份之间留出5cm空隙。

  5. 放入烤箱烤10分钟或至边缘上色。根据个人喜好出炉后饼干表面可以撒糖粉或融化的白巧克力

小贴士

-此方可以做28块饼干
-饼干烘焙完成后,密封状态下常温可保存2天
