熟透的中型香蕉 | 2个 |
花生酱 | 1/3 cup (85 g) |
快熟燕麦(quick oats) | 1.5 cups (140 g) |
蔓越莓干(切一起~) | 2 Tbsp (30 g) |
烤过的椰蓉 | 2 Tbsp (10 g) |
纯素黑巧克力 | 2 Tbsp (15 g) |
香草精 | 1/2 tsp (3 mL) |
一个碗!无油无糖纯素无麸质!燕麦曲奇!的做法
Preheat the oven to 350 F/ 180 C.
烤箱预热至 350 F/ 180 C.Mash the bananas well in a large bowl.
Then add the peanut butter and vanilla extract, stirring until combined before adding the remaining ingredients.
香蕉在大碗里碾成泥,加入花生酱和香草精,搅拌均匀。然后加入剩余的全部材料Divide into 12, roll into balls and then press down to make a cookie shape.
Place on a cookie tray lined with baking paper.
均分成12份,揉成球球并压扁成曲奇形状。放上铺了烘焙纸的烤盘Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the tops turn golden.
烤10-12分钟,直至顶部金黄Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 2 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely. Enjoy!

* If you don’t have quick oats, pulse regular rolled oats in a blender or food processor until coarsely chopped
** If you don’t have roasted coconut flakes, just dry roast unsweetened shredded coconut flakes on a pan on high heat, stirring frequently until fragrant and lightly golden.
烤完放冰箱可以保存两天~
真空/冷冻层保存的话可以保持2个月以上o!
