低糖Banana bread 香蕉面包的做法
预热烤箱到325华氏度
Whisk oil, maple syrup, eggs, mashed banana and milk/water together
Add baking soda, vanilla extract, salt, cinnamon and flour into the the wet mixture. 这次我混合了all purpose flour 和 cake flour (half and half)。感觉效果比全用all purpose 要好些。也可尝试全用cake flour。
搅拌好后。加入核桃仁和chocolate chips。量可随意。核桃仁1/2cup-1 cup。chocolate chips 1/4cup-1/2 cup。
将所有倒入9in x 5in pan (感觉这个recipe里1/3的oil 就足够grease pan itself了,所以我没有单独再grease pan)。在batter面上最后加一点walnut或者cinnamon or whatever you like。
烤箱烤60分钟左右,用签子插入看面包里面烤的程度。最后取出Cool for 10-20分钟。
