Mix all dry ingredients into a container and keep for further use, incorporate in the Zrou mince and knead it thoroughly with the mixture#Zrou Spicy Chorizo “Hispanic”
Roll it into 2.5cm suasages with cling film, place in the freezer overnight (or blast chiller for 30 minutes)
The sausage must have a firm consistency#Zrou Spicy Chorizo “Hispanic”
Cut into slices, get rid of the plastic wrap and pan fry frozenPreheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius
Wash and boil the potatoes with skin in salted water, when cooked set aside to chill, peel the potatoes and cut into 5mm thick slices;
cook the green peas and chill in icy water; drain and set aside;
wash and cut the red peppers into thin long strips, set asideWhisk and season the eggs with salt and pepper in a large bowl, in a non-stick pan (preferably with a steel handle) start frying the onions till soft and transparent, increase the heat, add in the bell peppers and sauté for a minute
Pour the vegetables in the egg wash;
in the same pan start frying the potato slices till golden, do not mash them, place the potatoes in the egg wash with the rest, add in ¾ of the chopped parsleyHeat up the frying pan and pour in the egg and vegetable mixture (just to cover), add in the Z-Rou Spicy Chorizo;
let cook at medium heat, till golden brownPlace in the oven and let cook gently and let the top become golden brown as well, once colored, it should be cooked, flip it in a cold dish
and let chill or eat immediately!
