红豆Red beans | 20克 |
野米Wild Rice | 20克 |
花生米Peanuts | 20克 |
白米White Rice | 15克 |
瘦肉丝Lean Pork | 100克 |
饮水Water | 适量 |
盐Salt | 适量 |
香菜Chinese Parsley | 适量 |
3 Treasures Congee的做法
Rinse and soak the beans and wild rice at least 2 hours. Drain. Rinse and drain the white rice (optional ingredient).
Add all ingredients to your rice cooker and add water to The indicated line.
Wait one hour and enjoy!
Add a few drops of fish sauce and chopped 香菜Chinese parsley for more flavor just before serving
