用料
Egg | 2 |
Flour | 1/4 cup |
Sugar | 1.6 tbsp |
Butter | 3.52 tbsp |
Dark chocolate | 60 g |
chocolate cake的做法
Melt chocolate with butter in a heating bowl; cool till room temp
Use hand mixer at low speed to stir two eggs till fluffy.
Add in 1.6 tbsp sugar and stir at high speed till the volume is almost twice and the color is lighter. Switch till low speed and mix till the shape doesn’t change much
Sieve in 1/4 cup flour and mix till no dry parts
Add in chocolate mix and mix well
Butter 4 mini muffin spots and add in the mixer
Preheat the oven to 425 F; bake for 10 mins or till the top cracks
